What we're looking for
- Have a 4-year degree or equivalent experience with technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience in an enterprise environment.
- Have enterprise experience managing a large wireless printer environment.
- Have experience managing mobile devices including handhelds, tablets, kiosks, wearables, and printers.
- Have expertise in managing and maintaining mobile devices through MDM enterprise solutions.
- Have knowledge of Android (rugged), iOS, LAN, WLAN, WAN, and communication/authentication infrastructure.
- Have knowledge of network and data security principles.
- Be familiar with Android application development tools including Android Studio, Android SDK, and ADB.
- Have experience working with agile methodologies (preferred).
- Have experience managing mobile devices in a cloud environment (preferred).
