What you'll do

Design and develop scalable software solutions to integrate Warehouse Management Systems with physical Material Handling Equipment.
Write clean, consistent, and high-quality code using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
Implement modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines, test-driven development, and cloud migration.
Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure software quality.
Manage the full software development lifecycle within a SCRUM team environment.
Develop and maintain backend services using RESTful architecture, microservices, and messaging middleware like Kafka or SQS.
Build monitoring systems with real-time alerting, reporting, and dashboards to track system performance.
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to deliver production enhancements and bug fixes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or an equivalent degree is required.
3+ years of professional software development experience are required.
Knowledge of Java and the Java Springboot framework is required.
Experience with Amazon AWS/GCP is required.
Experience with RESTful architecture and Microservices is required.
Knowledge of other programming languages like Python, React, JavaScript, or C# (preferred).
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling and a strong point of view on how agents can accelerate workflows.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and messaging middleware (Kafka, SQS).
