Familiarity with tools like digital multimeters and oscilloscopes is essential, as well as secret security clearance. Preferred qualifications include avionics experience, IPC certifications, and knowledge of PLM/ERP systems.

What you'll do

  • Fabricate complex wire harnesses and solder electronic modules, including PCBAs.
  • Build and test electromechanical assemblies for integration into AUVs.
  • Design and scale manufacturing jigs and fixtures to enhance build efficiency.
  • Follow detailed electrical documentation to assemble components per specifications.
  • Perform configuration tasks to flash correct software versions onto devices.

What we're looking for

  • Solid background in electronics with experience in robotics, defense, or avionics.
  • Capable of detailed electro-mechanical assembly work with tight-tolerance components and complex wire routings.
  • Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and manufacturing life cycle.
  • Experience working off technical documentation, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • Ability to perform electrical debug using tools like digital multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Secret security clearance required.
