What you'll do

Develop and manage system requirements, architectures, and interface definitions for radar systems.
Perform system-level analysis, trade studies, and performance assessments for radar solutions.
Engage directly with customers to understand mission needs and communicate technical capabilities.
Support capture, proposal, and business development activities including technical presentations and white papers.
Define radar system concepts, operational use cases, and differentiated technical approaches.
Support integration, verification, validation, and test planning for radar systems.
Drive resolution of technical issues and customer concerns during technical and program reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
9 years of experience in systems engineering for radar, RF, or sensor systems.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
10%-20% travel as needed to support program execution and customer engagement.
Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (preferred).
9 years of experience in radar principles, system performance analysis, requirements development, and verification (preferred).
Experience with airborne, maritime, ground-based, or multi-mission radar systems (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
