As a senior electrical engineer on the Lam Research team, you will design and develop complex electrical systems and solutions for semiconductor manufacturing tools, adhering to industry standards such as SEMI and NFPA-79. Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating functional specifications, performing hands-on testing with lab equipment, and managing projects through detailed documentation processes within Lam’s product lifecycle management system. You will work closely with senior internal and external personnel, utilizing CAD tools like PCAD and ORCAD for circuit design and simulation. Essential skills include a strong understanding of AC/DC power distribution systems, signals and controls theory, and experience in troubleshooting using techniques such as 5-why and 8D.
