Edge Processing Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of edge software products from prototype to fielded capability.
• Develop and maintain Go services designed for disconnected and intermittently connected environments.
• Design Kubernetes-native systems including workload architecture, Helm charts, and custom controllers or operators.
• Manage the Kubernetes runtime on edge hardware, including K3S, GPU scheduling, and air-gapped image distribution.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to produce signed, scanned, and reproducible artifacts.
• Integrate tactical data standards such as Cursor on Target (CoT) and ISR sensor pipelines into systems.
• Mentor a team of engineers by setting technical standards and conducting high-bar code reviews.
• Interface with customers to translate operational needs into technical requirements and support proposal work.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in professional software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or engineering lead role.
• Experience using Go as a primary systems language for production.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with Linux at the systems-level, including networking, filesystems, and containers.
• Ability to mentor engineers and raise the technical bar of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree.
