As a Distinguished, Technical Program Manager, you will join the Marketplace Platform Reliability team to define and lead the operational strategy for Marketplace Engineering. What we're looking for

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Experience leading large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering organizations.
  • Strong technical understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, software delivery, reliability engineering, and operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and align engineering organizations around common technical objectives.
  • Experience driving organizational transformation through engineering standards, operational metrics, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and executive presence with the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
  • Certification in Project Management (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product design (preferred).
  • Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
