What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and end-to-end delivery of company-wide, multi-year technical initiatives.
  • Partner with Senior Engineers and Architects to shape technical strategy and ensure high availability.
  • Take ownership of highly ambiguous "0 to 1" initiatives where no precedent exists.
  • Identify and dismantle organizational silos and systemic friction points to optimize workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board members regarding program status.
  • Mentor teams on technical program management best practices and discipline.
  • Align program outcomes with business objectives through data-driven investment decisions and risk mitigation.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 15+ years of experience driving complex strategic programs and managing cross-functional outcomes.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience operating at a Principal or equivalent highly-senior Individual Contributor level.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have 9 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, or product management.
  • Must possess extensive expertise in system architecture, software development, and infrastructure design.
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering massive-scale, mission-critical software or infrastructure programs from inception to global deployment.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead without authority across multiple VP-level organizations.
  • Certification in Project Management (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or a related area and 5 years of experience in product design (preferred).
  • Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
