What we're looking for

Expert in distributed, microservice, event-driven architectures; Java, Spring Boot; Kafka and NoSQL.
Skilled in AI/ML integration, SDLC, and CI/CD to drive engineering and operations excellence.
Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead architectural decisions, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
