Distinguished AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the technical vision and strategy for AI/ML capabilities across the product portfolio.
• Shape and drive the AI technology roadmap to deliver best-in-class solutions to customers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams throughout the product development life cycle.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure the timely delivery of AI/ML models and service integrations.
• Identify and mitigate risks in plans and executions at the intersection of business and engineering.
• Translate research insights into practical solutions that address real-world business challenges.
• Build awareness and alignment with the leadership team to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree plus 17 years of related experience, Master's plus 14 years, or PhD plus 10 years of related experience.
• In-depth knowledge and track record in AI/ML including deep learning, time series modeling, NLP, and unsupervised learning.
• In-depth knowledge and proven track record in Generative AI technology and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Demonstrated experience leading impactful AI product development at scale and deploying complex models in production systems.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale data processing and parallel computing using GPU, multi-GPU, and distributed training.
• Demonstrated experience building strong internal and external partnerships.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior researchers or team members.
• Experience in the Cybersecurity and/or Observability industry (preferred).
