What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years experience in Physics, Optics, Material Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in Python and MATLAB for large-scale data collection and analysis.
  • Experience in thin film wave optics and geometric optics modeling.
  • MS or PhD degree plus 8 years experience (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of OLED device principles (preferred).
  • Experience with the latest consumer electronics display technologies (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate technical problems and challenges clearly and effectively across cross-functional organizations (preferred).
