What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in physics, optics, or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in optical components and technologies including lenses, films, thin film coatings.
  • Experience using programming languages like MATLAB and Python for engineering problem-solving.
  • Expertise in optical simulation software such as LightTools and Speos for display technology development.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop sophisticated metrics for image quality assessment.
  • Hands-on experience in mass production of consumer electronics or related systems.
