What you'll do

Define display architecture and requirements with actionable test/qualification plans
Develop simulation models and hardware test vehicles for new technologies

Investigate new display and sensing technologies, conducting detailed trade-off studies
Host regular supplier meetings to drive engineering activities and resolve issues

What we're looking for

Ph.D. or at least 5 years of relevant industry experience
Expertise in optical design and simulation for light sources, optics, sensors
Hands-on lab experience with optical and electrical characterization equipment
Proficiency in data analysis and scripting languages for modeling and automation
Experience developing comprehensive test plans for optical systems
Familiarity with color science, calibration, and display metrology standards
Strong presentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
