What you'll do

Establish operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling to scale the TPM discipline across portfolios.
Drive development and alignment on program roadmaps anchored in business objectives and technical solutions.
Lead cross-platform technical investment planning to ensure architectural alignment and platform convergence.
Serve as an executive-level escalation point for program risks and data-driven technical tradeoffs.
Define measurable outcomes for platform success including availability, scalability, cost efficiency, and developer velocity.
Ensure delivery accountability across multiple engineering teams to meet critical business goals.
Translate complex technical implications into compelling business narratives for senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
7+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service oriented architecture (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services, preferably AWS (preferred).
3+ years of experience building highly scalable products and platforms (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs (preferred).
MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field (preferred).
