What you'll do

What we're looking for

8+ years experience in automation, process improvement, or technology delivery.
3+ years leading RPA/automation teams or programs.
Hands-on experience delivering automations using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, production support, release management, and operational monitoring.
Experience with process discovery and optimization (Lean/Six Sigma preferred).
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate outcomes with clear metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
