Director Programs 1 - Launch Silo Integrated Product Team

What you'll do

• Develop and communicate a clear vision for the Launch Silo IPT to meet strategic goals.
• Build and maintain high-performing teams with mentoring, succession, and development plans.
• Drive execution across multidisciplinary teams, meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics.
• Instill a culture of empowerment and accountability to enable efficient team performance.
• Proactively manage risks and opportunities to navigate setbacks and implement recovery plans.
• Make timely decisions and advocate across stakeholder communities to ensure buy-in and mitigate delays.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of applicable experience or Master’s with 8 years’ experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance completed within last 5 years
• Experience leading people and managing cost, schedule, and technical performance
• 3+ years experience in program management on development programs
• Demonstrated effectiveness in achieving results through managing people and understanding internal processes and customer/supplier relationships
• Strong oral and written communication skills for high-value customer presentations
