Director, Product - XDR The Director, Product - XDR leads the strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for Extended Detection and Response capabilities. This role is responsible for transforming existing managed detection services into a productized experience that unifies telemetry, detections, investigations, and response across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, SaaS, and third-party ecosystems. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers while collaborating with Engineering, Data Platform, AI, and Security Services teams to deliver scalable features. Key responsibilities include managing integration lifecycles, defining proof-of-value metrics like MTTD and MTTR, and ensuring the platform provides intuitive experiences for analysts. The role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity domains such as XDR, MDR, EDR, and SIEM to solve complex security operations problems and provide a durable foundation for both managed and product-led customer use cases.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the multi-year XDR product vision, strategy, and roadmap for telemetry, detections, and response actions.
  • Transition existing MDR offerings into a scalable, productized XDR experience that supports both managed and customer-managed models.
  • Manage the lifecycle of XDR integrations to ensure breadth, reliability, and operational readiness across third-party ecosystems.
  • Translate complex security capabilities into intuitive investigation workflows that reduce cognitive load for analysts.
  • Establish and track proof-of-value metrics such as MTTD, MTTI, and MTTR to demonstrate customer impact.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Security Services to ensure features are operationally viable and technically scalable.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers using disciplined discovery and roadmap practices.

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 10 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience leading product managers or product teams.
  • Requires deep experience in cybersecurity products including XDR, MDR, EDR, or SIEM.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to lead complex, platform-oriented product areas with multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience with integrations-heavy platforms and third-party ecosystems.
  • Preferred familiarity with managed security services and SOC operations.
  • Preferred experience in high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
