Director Product Management, Technical

What you'll do

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for global switching and authorization platforms.
• Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product roadmaps and prioritized features.
• Serve as the technical authority for real-time transaction processing systems to ensure high availability and low latency.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to influence design decisions and define non-functional requirements.
• Manage multi-year roadmaps including near-term delivery, modernization initiatives, and risk assessments.
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear success metrics for technical product development.
• Use performance data and platform metrics to continuously refine priorities and improve transaction reliability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both executive and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in Technical Product Management for large-scale, distributed, high-availability systems.
• Strong understanding of real-time platforms, APIs, integration patterns, and modern software delivery practices.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or familiarity with payment cryptographic and security services (preferred).
• Knowledge of EMV and authorization cryptographic flows, such as ARQC and ARPC (preferred).
• Familiarity with Account Authentication Value, PIN-based services, and tokenization services (preferred).
• Working knowledge of how cryptographic services integrate with authorization and switching platforms in a real-time payment environment (preferred).
