Director, Precision Medicine Data Science & AI

What you'll do

• Lead development and deployment of patient identification models and HCP prioritization algorithms.
• Design clinical decision support algorithms using real-world data to improve patient outcomes.
• Architect scalable model lifecycle frameworks from ideation through sunsetting.
• Navigate regulatory requirements for AI/ML in healthcare, including FDA and HIPAA compliance.
• Drive integration of advanced AI technologies into precision medicine workflows.
• Develop go-to-market frameworks enabling commercial teams to act on model outputs.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and scientific rigor within the organization.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or digital health.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise building and deploying machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data including EHRs, medical claims, lab results, genomic data.
• Proven ability to communicate complex AI/ML concepts to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in clinical settings and integrating into EHR workflows.
• Track record managing external partnerships with health systems and digital health companies.
• Working knowledge of regulatory landscape for AI in healthcare including FDA CDS frameworks, HIPAA.
