Expert Data Scientist, Early Clinical Development

What you'll do

• Develop advanced data visualizations and analytical applications tailored to gRED Early Clinical Development needs.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical support for the adoption of medical data review tools across ECD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/automation projects aligned with clinical stakeholder requirements.
• Create derived datasets from raw clinical trial data to enhance statistical analysis, visualization, and reporting capabilities.
• Write detailed specifications for analytical applications and automation workflows based on clinical, business, and regulatory needs.
• Maintain standard programming packages and tools to ensure compliance with industry standards and improve efficiency.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related field with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Expertise in clinical trial data analysis and medical data review in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end drug development lifecycle, translating clinical needs into technical requirements.
• Experience creating SDTM, ADaM datasets and developing TFLs using SAS, R, Python or similar tools.
• Proficiency with clinical data visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, R/Shiny for implementation and support.
• Co-leading AI/automation projects from problem definition to user adoption in partnership with technical teams.
