What you'll do
Design and execute a safety-first analytics strategy using AI agents and LLMs for pharmacy care.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in advanced analytics and applied AI/ML with a focus on healthcare or patient safety.
3+ years hands-on experience building and deploying LLMs and generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
Proficient in Python and SQL with cloud deployment experience (GCP, AWS, Azure) for AI solutions.
Expertise in predictive modeling for medication safety, error detection, non-adherence prediction, or workflow optimization.
3+ years translating complex AI analytics into measurable clinical and business impact for pharmacy leaders.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end AI solution delivery from development through scaled adoption across retail locations.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
