What you'll do

  • Leads business strategy development and execution for Aerospace Structures Operating Unit.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years or Master’s degree with 8 years of related experience in program management, engineering, business management, etc.
  • Proven leadership in multi-functional teams and major programs over $300M annually.
  • Expertise in managing various contract types including Firm Fixed Price, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), and Intercompany Work Orders (IWO).
  • Strong understanding of program management for development, production, and sustainment phases.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or ability to obtain within a reasonable period.
  • Experience working with Military Prime, DoD customers, and Commercial aircraft prime customers.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management, Risk and Opportunity Management, and contract management systems.
