Director of Projects, Engagement Delivery Lead

What you'll do

• Define enterprise-wide AI architectures that embed generative AI and machine learning into core business platforms.
• Create comprehensive AI solution blueprints detailing data flows, model lifecycles, and integration patterns.
• Oversee architectural governance by defining standards and review processes for technical robustness and ethical alignment.
• Provide expert guidance on generative AI model selection, training, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Develop reference architectures for model orchestration, feature stores, and experiment tracking to accelerate delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to produce objective recommendations balancing innovation and risk.
• Design data pipelines and model serving infrastructure that support training, validation, and inference workflows.
• Review complex AI implementations to provide feedback on security, resilience, performance, and sustainability.

What we're looking for

• At least twenty years of experience designing large-scale enterprise architectures with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in generative AI, including model architectures, prompting, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.
• Deep understanding of core AI and ML foundations, including supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and data preparation.
• Practical knowledge of AI platforms and tools for experimentation, model lifecycle management, and monitoring.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, software engineers, product owners, and risk partners.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, explainability, and privacy.
• Comfort working in a hybrid model and day shift context using modern collaboration tools.
• Experience with large multinational organizations and complex regulatory landscapes (preferred).
