What you'll do

  • Lead and coach a team of Enablement Engineers to set clear expectations and foster high standards.
  • Develop and execute the enablement engineering strategy in alignment with T&P learning goals.
  • Facilitate live and virtual technical training sessions for Salesforce engineers on AI and platform concepts.
  • Hire, mentor, and grow technical talent within the Enablement Engineering team.
  • Write code and develop software to support technical presentations and workshops.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
  • Hands-on software engineering experience with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar languages.
  • Solid understanding of software development fundamentals including version control (Git), APIs, debugging, and SDLC.
  • Experience presenting and facilitating to technical audiences, setting up and troubleshooting technical environments on the fly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform development tools such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow.
