  • Define organizational structure and roles necessary to transform the Leave and Accommodations function.

  • At least 7 years of experience leading or managing a team
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategies for Leave and Accommodations transformation
  • Implement new technology solutions to streamline case management and compliance reporting
  • Ensure rigorous internal controls and audit mechanisms for regulatory compliance
  • Use data analysis to develop KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with HR Business Partners, Legal, Benefits, Payroll, and Safety teams
