What you'll do

Foster innovation by identifying and implementing data and analytics solutions to drive stakeholder value.
Coordinate end-to-end service delivery for commercial data from acquisition to readiness for consumption in analytics platforms.
Create roadmaps with technology and business leaders to develop next-generation data and analytics platforms.
Develop cross-functional governance plans ensuring executive alignment on technology prioritization for GCCI initiatives.
Manage execution of high-visibility initiatives such as AI Data Scaffolding and reporting platform buildout within Neural Nexus.

What we're looking for

Doctorate and 4+ years or Master’s and 7+ years or Bachelor’s and 9+ years of experience in Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems.
Experience leading data and analytics product teams on enterprise platforms like Databricks.
Expertise in insights generation with commercial datasets across all Therapeutic Areas for US brands.
Leadership in an agile operating model, managing cross-functional governance plans.
Development and implementation of technology roadmaps and strategies, including data strategies and end-user experience.
Management of full DevOps according to structured ITIL / Service Ownership standards.
