What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in IAM, security engineering, or related enterprise identity domains
  • 5+ years leading IAM platform engineering teams at enterprise scale
  • Strong expertise with SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, and Okta
  • Deep knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and modern workload identity patterns
  • Experience securing non-human identities across cloud and CI/CD environments
  • Knowledge of secure agentic identity patterns and software acting on behalf of users
  • Experience working in regulated environments like FedRAMP and public sector
