What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 8 years progressive leadership in enterprise data platforms with strategy and value delivery.
  • Proven experience as a Business Product Owner for data or platform capabilities.
  • Strong technical fluency in modern data architectures like medallion patterns.
  • Experience defining, governing, and managing data products and marketplaces.
  • Leadership in developing data product stewards, platform managers, and quality teams.
  • Ability to establish and enforce enterprise-wide data standards for reuse and self-service.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with senior HR, Digital, and Technology leaders.
