What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of professional engineering experience with significant leadership at the Director level.
  • Proven track record building data infrastructure at enterprise scale, including catalog, governance, quality, and observability.
  • Experience leading an AI transformation that changes team operations and output measurement beyond just tool adoption.
  • Strong belief in platform-based governance over workflow-layered approaches, especially in federated environments.
  • History of engaging C-level stakeholders on long-term platform strategy and cross-functional alignment.
