The role requires deep expertise in electrical engineering, HVAC, CUP, Chiller, Cooling Tower, and auxiliary equipment. You will utilize data insights and analytics to optimize schedules and identify trends for data centers and technology labs. This position addresses the technical challenge of maintaining complex infrastructure through advanced planning, standard operating procedures, and innovative smart building technologies.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement smart building platform monitoring and controls technology strategies.

  • Provide data insights and analytics to identify trends and optimize facility schedules.
  • Implement reliability engineering principles and oversee the governance of electrical engineering programs.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Master's degree or P.E. certification (preferred).
  • 10 years of progressive experience with engineering and building automation systems.
  • High level of knowledge regarding BAS technologies, HVAC, CUP, Chiller, Cooling Tower, and auxiliary equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Advanced planning, scheduling, and project management experience (preferred).
