What you'll do

  • Directs and controls the delivery of business and technical outcomes for multiple projects.
  • Defines engineering health objectives to drive organizational health and best practices.
  • Drives product and technical strategy with cross-functional leaders to achieve domain goals.
  • Develops engineering strategy that translates into operational and tactical plans.
  • Sets tri-annual roadmap and defines operational strategy based on budget constraints.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in ML/AI with a track record of shipping consumer-facing ML products at scale.
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams (minimum 15 people).
  • Production experience with LLM-based agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration and MCP/ACP protocols.
  • Experience building ML platform infrastructure such as feature stores, model serving, and experiment frameworks.
  • Strong technical judgment and ability to review architecture documents and debug model performance issues.
  • Fintech or payments industry experience preferred, including knowledge of compliance, MFA, and transaction systems.
