What you'll do

  • Own and evolve IT Governance framework focusing on control standards and operational enforcement.
  • Design and implement technical governance controls embedded in SDLC and platform delivery workflows.
  • Define data governance frameworks aligned with enterprise guidelines, including metadata and lineage standards.
  • Ensure digital platforms support ALCOA+ principles by design for audit trails, access controls, traceability.
  • Establish and operationalize an AI Governance framework aligned with the enterprise responsible AI framework.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in IT governance and data governance in regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to author and maintain SOPs and controlled documents in a regulated environment.
  • Strong expertise in defining and operating KPI-driven governance dashboards.
  • Demonstrated capability in AI Governance concepts and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Experience partnering with Quality during inspection responses and remediation efforts.
  • Ability to communicate complex governance topics clearly to executive leadership and stakeholders.
