What we're looking for
- Over 10 years of experience in technical roles within software engineering, data engineering, or analytics.
- Proven track record of designing and building large-scale data and analytics solutions including ML pipelines.
- Extensive experience deploying cloud-native applications on Azure, GCP, or AWS with knowledge of Data & AI Ops practices.
- Strong leadership in growing and managing engineering teams delivering complex analytical systems.
- Ability to engage in technical architecture reviews and design forums, conducting trade-off analysis and solution design.
- Experience operating within agile delivery frameworks like Scrum or Squad model.
