What you'll do

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Systems Analysts and Technical Program Managers.
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the CX technology stack across multiple business functions.
Drive AI adoption by identifying use cases, evaluating tools, and embedding automated workflows into CX processes.
Manage the full lifecycle of systems initiatives including vendor selection, implementation, optimization, and governance.
Translate executive objectives into scalable technology strategies while communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.
Oversee the CX systems budget, resource allocation, and strategic investment decisions.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve contract disputes or service level issues with delivery partners.
Partner with data teams to ensure CX systems are built on a reliable data foundation for reporting and AI.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
15+ years of experience in Business Systems with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on CX systems.
Proven track record of leading CX technology strategy and delivering large-scale technology initiatives using project/program management methodologies.
Experience establishing and running new functions within existing organizations.
Working experience in Salesforce (Service Cloud, Customer Experience Cloud) and other common CX tools like Gainsight or Certinia.
Hands-on experience evaluating and deploying AI solutions in a CX or GTM context.
Strong business acumen regarding end-to-end Post Sales/CX processes for a SaaS business.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies, integrations, API management, and data privacy regulations (preferred).
