What you'll do

  • Develop and align cybersecurity & infrastructure strategy with enterprise goals.
  • Lead portfolio management for CISO program initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor and report on CISO program performance using KPIs and KRIs.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and vendor management for the CISO program.
  • Coordinate M&A activities related to cybersecurity and infrastructure integration.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT program leadership with a focus on strategy and portfolio management.
  • Strong expertise in developing cybersecurity strategies, managing portfolios, financial governance, and vendor management.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to establish governance structures and reporting frameworks for executive decision-making.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity activities across mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in cybersecurity or related fields preferred.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing complex initiatives and aligning programs with enterprise objectives.
