What you'll do

  • Lead the identification and prioritization of high-value AI use cases with internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver proofs of concept for selected use cases, shaping architecture and reviewing engineering work.
  • Transition successful proofs of concept into production-ready solutions and scale them across business areas.
  • Build reusable patterns and accelerators to reduce duplication and accelerate AI delivery enterprise-wide.
  • Secure funding for AI initiatives by pitching compelling business cases directly to executive sponsors.
  • Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to responsible AI, data protection, security, privacy, and compliance standards.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, data, AI, or product delivery
  • 5+ years leading AI, machine learning, data science, analytics, or AI enabled engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and modern software delivery
  • Experience with Google Cloud ecosystem (GCP, Vertex AI) and Python
  • Ability to engage business leaders, shape use cases, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing technical teams and coordinating matrixed resources
  • Track record of scaling AI initiatives from proof of concept to production adoption
