What you'll do

Drive the vision and roadmap for advanced Enterprise AI Products, aligning with stakeholder needs.
Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to support for a portfolio of internal AI products.
Establish an "AI Labs" function with Principal Engineers for rapid prototyping and experimentation.
Secure funding for high-value AI initiatives by pitching business cases to executive sponsors.
Ensure technical exploration translates into structured paths toward shipped, sustainable products.
Connect AI products to measurable outcomes and establish rigorous value-tracking disciplines.
Work closely with the CoE's AI Governance arm to ensure responsible AI standards without slowing delivery.

What we're looking for

At least 12 years of progressive experience in technology, data, AI, or product delivery.
Minimum 5 years leading AI/ML product teams or driving AI product lifecycles.
Proven track record of taking AI products from concept to broad scale adoption.
Expertise in product discovery, roadmap management, and lifecycle management with strong technical intuition.
Familiarity with Google Cloud ecosystem (GCP, GCS, Vertex AI) highly desirable.
Ability to engage business and IT leaders, translate complex concepts into clear business direction.
