What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience leading machine learning initiatives in drug discovery.
  • Proven track record of benchmarking foundation models for drug discovery applications.
  • Hands-on application of ML to target identification and computational chemistry.
  • Expertise in large-scale model training, distributed computation, and deployment.
  • Strong coding proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks with Git experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in developing, deploying, and supporting ML solutions.
  • Ability to manage complexity and drive outcomes in matrixed environments proactively.
