Experience in financial services and quantitative modeling is preferred, along with a proven track record of building production AI systems in complex enterprise environments.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive AI solutions enablement strategy to deliver measurable business value.
  • Establish reference architectures for GenAI/LLM solutions ensuring they are secure and production-ready.
  • Define and implement enablement programs for GenAI, LLM, and agent-based solutions across the organization.
  • Oversee design and implementation of end-to-end AI solutions including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
  • Ensure all AI solutions meet security requirements and integrate with governed data platforms.
  • Lead a high-performing team of AI Solutions Leads and Experts to accelerate adoption of AI patterns.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics roles.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering AI solutions at scale.
  • Proven track record of building and deploying production AI systems in complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in ETL/ELT design patterns, data pipeline architecture, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
