As a Senior Distinguished AI Engineer on the Agentic AI Platform team, you will focus on architecting and standardizing agentic workflows by evaluating frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex to ensure enterprise SLA compliance. Your daily tasks include developing an end-to-end GenAI SDK, CLI, and starter kits that streamline secure and observable agentic workflow creation for AI engineers. You will also contribute to trust and safety by designing central guardrail services such as prompt firewalls and content filters. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-organization architects to optimize orchestration and reduce per-token spend while incubating proof of concepts like hierarchical agent memory and multimodal RAG. The role requires expertise in Python, Go, Scala, or Java, along with experience in deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms and leading GenAI architectures in production.
Evaluate and integrate agentic frameworks to standardize enterprise SLAs.

Optimize orchestration levels for cost reduction and performance enhancement.

What we're looking for
At least 10 years of experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies.
Proficient in Python, Go, Scala, or Java programming languages.
Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms.
Expertise in supporting agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel.
Deep understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and multi-tenant security patterns.
Mastery of Kubernetes (multi-region clusters, service mesh).
Leadership experience in architecting GenAI or LLM-Powered application architectures.
