As a Distinguished AI Engineer on the enterprise Generative AI Platform team, you will design and refine agentic workflow frameworks, shared services like memory and guardrails, and SDKs that enable product teams to build secure and explainable AI applications used by millions. Your day-to-day involves evaluating and integrating agentic frameworks such as LangGraph and AutoGen, developing an end-to-end GenAI SDK for rapid prototyping, ensuring trust and safety through central guardrail services, and optimizing orchestration for cost efficiency. You will also collaborate with cross-organization architects to drive performance improvements and incubate proof of concepts like hierarchical agent memory. Preferred qualifications include experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java, deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms, supporting agentic frameworks, and leading complex AI system architectures in production.
Design and refine the agentic workflow framework and shared services for an enterprise Generative AI Platform.
Evaluate and integrate agentic frameworks to standardize workflows that meet enterprise SLAs.
Develop an end-to-end GenAI SDK, CLI, and starter kits to streamline secure and observable agentic workflow creation.
Create central guardrail services to ensure trust and safety in AI applications across the organization.
Optimize orchestration for performance improvements and cost reductions in token spend.
Coach and evangelize platform vision through architecture office hours, mentoring, and technical documentation.
What we're looking for
At least 8 years of experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms.
Proficiency with Agentic Frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen.
Expertise in LLMOps including Google Cloud Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning.
Deep understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and multi-tenant security patterns.
