Director, AI Digital Product Management, Commercial Value & Access

What you'll do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for a portfolio of AI products.
• Act as a player-coach by owning one specific product while providing strategic direction for the broader group.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers to establish strong product practices and a culture of accountability.
• Make cross-product prioritization decisions and manage investment trade-offs to focus on high-value opportunities.
• Translate customer needs and business opportunities into scalable AI product capabilities with engineering and data science teams.
• Guide AI and machine learning products through the full lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to launch and scaling.
• Monitor and own product-group outcomes, including KPIs, adoption rates, and AI model performance measures.
• Ensure all AI products are scalable and compliant with Responsible AI, privacy, security, and technology standards.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Doctorate with 4 years of IT/Digital Product Management experience, a Master’s with 8 years, or a Bachelor’s with 10 years.
• Must have at least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years with AI/ML or data-driven enterprise products (preferred).
• Experience leading a portfolio or group of related products as a product suite (preferred).
• Experience building products supporting Commercial Value & Access within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare (preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, agents, AI platforms, and production AI systems (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex product and technology strategies clearly (preferred).
• Strong technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering, data science, and architecture teams (preferred).
