What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, product development, data and analytics, consulting, or related technology fields.
Experience leading technical teams, including managers and senior individual contributors.
A strong foundation in engineering principles, system design, and modern development practices.
Experience working with mobile applications, client-side technologies, SDKs, instrumentation frameworks, digital experiences, or event-driven systems.
Familiarity with the full journey of data from collection through reporting, analytics, automation, and AI experiences.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in complex environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to build trust across technical and non-technical audiences.
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
