Senior Digital/Technical Product Manager, P&C Billing and Payments

What you'll do

• Develop and manage product roadmaps for P&C insurance billing and payment systems across web, mobile, chat, and IVR channels.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements, epics, features, and actionable execution strategies.
• Lead the development of business cases and hypotheses to prioritize products based on risk, cost, and impact.
• Analyze product performance against KPIs and KRIs using data-driven problem-solving techniques.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and market validation to final delivery and optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to align on strategic goals.
• Create and deliver complex technical presentations to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business activities in accordance with corporate compliance policies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant education and experience.
• 6 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience in areas like strategy, innovation, UX, and analytics.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management environments.
• Knowledge of digital and technology strategy including roadmap development, journey mapping, and human-centered design.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty insurance billing processes (preferred).
• Experience building payment capabilities across web, mobile, chat, and IVR platforms (preferred).
• Ability to understand APIs, data flows, integrations, and service-oriented architecture (preferred).
