Digital R&D Product Owner

What you'll do

• Ensure high-quality E2E data flows from lab instruments to manufacturing systems in GMP labs.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with R&D priorities and regulatory requirements for digital solutions.
• Build robust interfaces between analytical systems and manufacturing platforms for seamless tech transfer.
• Manage product lifecycle, including ideation through retirement, in a GMP compliance context.
• Drive data integrity, traceability, and ALCOA+ principles across all digital workflows in labs.
• Facilitate stage gate processes as part of Digital R&D governance for product delivery.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical analytical development experience in GMP environments
• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, engineering, life sciences, or related field
• Deep understanding of GMP/regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems
• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with Agile methodology knowledge
• Expertise in laboratory automation, LIMS/ELN systems, and analytical data management
• Strong stakeholder management skills for multi-disciplinary global teams
• Commitment to excellence in regulated environments with experience in Change Control processes
