Senior Principal, Digital Product Owner

What you'll do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy from a business perspective.
• Own and articulate the business case for digital products, including value drivers and success metrics.
• Partner with technical teams to prioritize features based on feasibility, compliance, and value.
• Maintain and update the business roadmap, tracking progress and trade-offs for stakeholders.
• Lead product compliance analysis to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements.
• Track adoption milestones and business impact, driving stakeholder engagement for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• At least 5 years of product ownership or management experience.
• Strong business domain knowledge in Pharmaceutical R&D/CMC/Mfg environments.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into measurable product outcomes.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery and product-centric methodologies.
• Background in change management and operational excellence projects.
