Digital Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of digital insight projects including scope, schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to create clear project deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish clarity on priorities, ownership, and expected outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and provide status, risk, and decision reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop practical delivery plans that account for resources, dependencies, and changing business needs.
• Apply project management best practices and tools to maintain organized documentation and governance.
• Coordinate technical contributors through implementation, testing, readiness, and post-launch follow-up.
• Use data and user feedback to guide decision-making and evaluate project outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Apply project administration best practices and tools to maintain documentation and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Analyze situations, trade-offs, and risks to make informed decisions and escalate issues with clear recommendations.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and control digital projects using appropriate delivery methods and technical resources.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in Business, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
