JOB TITLE: DevSecOps Engineer (TS/SCI) The DevSecOps Engineer joins the IBM Consulting team to support senior National Security leaders by providing decision-worthy data and analysis to improve intelligence systems for DoW Warfighters. This role involves building mission-critical intelligence workflows to produce decision advantage for the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security. You will wrangle, clean, analyze, and display data using graph technology and data visualization tools. Required technical skills include platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Azure. You must also possess proficiency in Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu, Bash, Python, and PowerShell. Additionally, the role requires supporting secure deployments using Splunk, ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus, with preferred experience in CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, and Neo4j-backed applications.

What you'll do

  • Build mission-critical intelligence workflows to provide decision-worthy data for senior National Security leaders.
  • Manage and automate platform infrastructure using technologies like OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, or Azure.
  • Wrangle, clean, and analyze data using graph technology and data visualization tools.
  • Support secure deployments, configuration management, and operational troubleshooting using tools like Splunk, ELK, or Grafana.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Ansible.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Deploy and support GraphAware Hume, Neo4j-backed applications, or investigative workflow platforms.
  • Script and manage operating systems using Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu, Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

What we're looking for

  • US Citizen with active TS//SCI clearance or immediate eligibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in STEM fields.
  • Master's Degree, preferably in STEM fields (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, or environment management.
  • 3+ years of experience using cloud and platform infrastructure technologies like OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, or Azure.
  • 3+ years of experience with operating systems and scripting tools such as Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu, Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting secure deployments, configuration management, monitoring, logging, and operational troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, GraphAware Hume, Neo4j, or Machine Learning/AI (preferred).
