What you'll do

  • Resolve escalated hardware, software, and network support requests from internal users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related systems.
  • Process incoming hardware inventory within designated time windows.
  • Track inventory stock levels and reconcile data discrepancies in the asset management system.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes to maintain team knowledge and consistency.

What we're looking for

  • 4-7+ years of technical support experience in desktop and network environments.
  • Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems for installation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and basic Windows administration tasks.
  • Strong skills in managing hardware inventory and tracking asset data accurately.
  • Capable of providing professional and patient support to a variety of users.
  • Self-motivated individual who can research and troubleshoot independently.
