Control Room Technician – Critical Environments

What you'll do

• Monitor and troubleshoot data center networks and systems to ensure uptime.
• Respond to alerts and resolve issues, escalating problems as needed.
• Categorize and escalate operational system performance issues for technical teams.
• Maintain real-time awareness of equipment configurations, issues, and lineups.
• Provide support during incidents by managing communications and vendor coordination.
• Assist in the development of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency with alarm monitoring systems and building management systems (BMS)
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and incident management platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation)
• Problem-solving skills and critical thinking for issue identification and escalation
• Familiarity with communication systems (phone systems, radios, digital messaging platforms)
• Attention to detail for documentation and compliance requirements
